Repeat the test: But more importantly, I think that with the other symptoms you would be better served following up with a PCP. The symptoms that you described are a bit concerning, so definitely take the time off to see a PCP about the complaint

Re do test: If you still have not had a period, you should repeat hpt. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternatively you could see your doctor for a blood test and if needed an ultrasound examination.
