Don't worry: This is because your intestinal tract is still recovering from the diarrhea. If you can see foods in your stool then that is an indication that the food is not being digested well. To speed your recovery try drinking lots of clear liquids (which includes jello and chicken soup, but no caffeine), and eating a BRAT diet for 2-3 days. BRAT diet includes Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, & Toast.
