A member asked:

We have a vacation to florida planned in 2 weeks. we are flying. is addison at a higher risk for contracting measles? she is exclusively breastfed.

Confusing question: Since you didn't list an age I must assume she is under a year of age. Most infants under 3 months will be protected by maternal blocking antibodies they gained in the womb. The breastfeeding will not make a difference. Over 6 months, they are vulnerable but the shot is only recommended if they are going into a problem area and would need to be repeated at a year.
