Very challenging...: Rash + Fever in adult patients can be due to any number of things and it is essential to know where the rash initially appeared on the body and how it looks. Causes could include bacteria, viruses, medications, auto-immune disease, and the list goes on. Evaluation should include thorough history and physical and sometimes lab testing.
