Hoping so: Many thyroid cancers do not make thyroglobulin. So there's no telling. If it's papillary carcinoma, its presence in the lymph nodes isn't that ominous.

I had a Thyroid FNA biopsy done and the result was benign. Afterwards I did a TgAb blood test that came back positive, 32 UI/mL - the normal range is 0 to 27 UI/mL. I would be very grateful to learn about the significance of this result. Thank you.
