Overweight: What exactly have you tried? Diet? Exercise? If so you should check with your doctor because there are other causes of weight gain. If you haven't tried diet and exercise you must try it.

Please don't believe that diet drugs are a panacea. They have very little effectiveness and most people who lose weight on them are doing so because they are also following a diet and exercise program as suggested by Dr. Kleerekooper!
