Intentional wt loss: Yes, and it highlights just how many "empty" calories aer in sweet beverages--they do not make us feel any fuller, just make us look 'fuller' (=fat). Dropping these is a great start. Now try to be active (extent depends on you/your health) to keep muscle mass up and fat down. Congrats!
