Bloating: Would check for gas producing foods, beans / cabbage family or adjustment to new diet try a porbiotic like Florastor. May alternatively be food intolerences, dairy soy gluten ( try sequential 1 week elimination diet of diary ,soy gluten) or reflux w/or without H pylori a bacteria ( need testing, ) or gallbaldder - or irritable bowel , rarely ovarian issues unrelated to diet. f/u/ w/ doc
