Yes, unlikely: Yes, this is not only a good idea but the minimum you should take. I advise all my patients to take 500-1000 mg of Vitamin C twice a day. 28 mg of iron is safe but you may need more if you're anemic. I advise iron bis-glycinate if available. C enhances iron abosrption. Iron may cause stomach upset and constipation but prob. not with such a low dose. Be sure to take folic acid, ideally as L-5-MTHF.
