A few thoughts: If you have no insurance, perhaps you can try and contact your State to see if they participate in the Accountable Care Act. Some pharmaceutical companies have compassionate aid for those who need their products but cannot afford them - contact the company for assistance. Also check with your local public health agency or charity hospital. Finally check the charity dealing with your illness.
