Cold after surgery: Normally surgery rooms are kept quite cold and under anesthesia, as there is no movement in the body + there is exposure for surgery etc, the body temperature drops and patients get cold after the surgery esp in extremities. Most modern operation rooms do have warm air covers over patients to maintain normal body temperature + they also use heated IV fluids and humidified anesthetic gases
