Get evaluated: Pain in right lower back to testicle could be from many causes. A back issue inflaming a nerve can cause this or perhaps a kidney stone passing in the kidney tube (ureter). An infection or inflammation is the testicle can also cause this. If symptoms continue or worsen you need to be seen for an exam, testing of urine and possibly x-rays. For now trial of ibuprofen may be helpful.
