Nasal and sinus prob: you may have mild nasal congestion and some sinus problems which may be subtle. Check with your doctor who may start looking into these possibilities and may refer you to ENT if necessary. It's worth knowing because your health and your sleep may be affected in the long run, not only for the voice quality.

Nasal voice: It is possible you have an anatomical variant causing some type of obstruction in your nose. Have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
