Ye it may.: But the doctor who diagnosed this must have given you proper instruction. The repair of Hole in ear drum may or may not be required, Dizziness can be treated with certain head and neck movement training. and OTC medicine. But you should follow up with your doctor for the same. Because it requires proper examination
