Psychiatric eval: Get a full psychiatric evaluation and compare the results of this with the workup originally given you by the person who prescribed the lithium. You cannot go wrong in getting a second opinion.

Check blood levels: Your blood levels may be elevated causing you side effects. You should get that looked into right away since lithium can be toxic to the kidneys rather quickly if it gets too high without being put into check.
