I started with 2.5 mg of buspar for two days then increased to 5mg in 2 days. today i increased to 7.5 and i feel horrible. is it possible that the dose is to much for me being that i responded well to the 5mg 3x per day. i have mild-mod anxiety?

Yes, it is possible that you have increased the dose too fast. You should hold this med for one day then go back from the previous dose and observe the response. You should communicate with the prescribed doctor.
