Expectant management: Expectant management means waiting out, what many times resolves spontaneously. Over an up to two year time period a woman's body will clear HPV. In the interim, the woman may want to have condom protected intercourse. The sex partner needs to be educated on the transmission of HPV.

Regular STD screens: While there is no cure for HPV, the goodness is that, the infection resolved on its own in majority (over 80%) of cases. Since you are out of the age range for HPV vaccination recommendation, the best course is to manage your infection with regular check ups, Pap smears and prevention of other STDs. Good luck.
