Only certain strains: of HPV are high risk for cervical cancer. There is no way to know what type he has unless you have him sent for testing.

Maybe: condyloma acuminata is caused by the human papilloma virus's. Therre are at least 70 types of virus in this family of viruses. Half of these cause lesions in the genital region. Two of these are known to be associated with squama cell cancer. because it is not practical to tell the sub type of virus one has, it is necessary to excise all wart-like lesions in the general area.
