Treatments for bladder cancer?

Many: Depends on the grade (how aggressive) and stage (how invasive). Bladder cancer is first treated using a scope and camera. For some patients, that is it. For others, they require repeat resection with scope. Other treatments include "chemotherapy" put into the bladder. Those with most aggressive may require surgery to remove entire bladder. Only your urologist/oncologist can decide best for you.

Mostly surgery. : Most bladder cancers are superficial or early and urologist remove them through a cystoscope. If covers a wide area and not invaded the bladder muscle they can add local immunotherapy with bcg. If there is invasion partial bladder or full bladder surgery is needed. In those too ill for surgery then we consider radiation and chemotherapy.
