NO It Does not: If a child is having Abdominal pain and Diarrhea , Acute Enteritis from something he/she ate caused it. It can be usually uncooked meat, vegetables or contamination from not properly washed produce. Very rarely from A=Oat meal though. Rx with Clear liquid diet, and BRAT diet for 2-3 days. If by any chance pain and cramps continue to get intense take r her to ER
