Zoloft (sertraline) and Zyprexa: Can both cause weight gain, especially if depression is interfering with appetite and the meds are working. Chances are if this is the case any of the medications that work to offset your depression will do the same. This can be combated with lifestyle changes and occasionally agents that promote weight loss can be used under physician's close supervision (I hope this helps)

Olanzapine weight: Some drugs have shown efficacy preventing/reducing weight gain (metformin, amantadine) but it's been difficult to find a medicine that helps people lose weight they've already gained. Modest calorie reduction (200-300 kcal) that can be maintained as a lifestyle change will help over time. See if your health plan covers a nutrition consultation. Most doctors aren't very good.
