Zyprexa/zoloft: No, but stopping zyprexa (olanzapine) can. If not, talk to your doctor about medications to combat the spasms.

Not likely: Olanzapine muscle spasms are often due to the effects of Olanzapine on dopamine. Sertraline would not help this problem. You should talk to your doctor, first because you want someone to assess the kind of muscle spasm you were having, and second so that your doctor can suggest the appropriate thing to do.
