GI consult/CT scan: See a GI specialist for comprehensive examination. endoscopy and a CT scan of your abdomen.

I agree: Problems with the pancreas usually causes pain with food intake. In addition, there would be abnormal lab values. Since labs ultrasound are normal, you may instead have irritable bowel syndrome.
