After bloody sputum ,nothing was really found on the chest xray, im feeling pain in my left shoulder and left chest is this related to any heart prob?

Bloody sputum: is very concerning at your young age. You are from Pakistan where TB is endemic. Your doctor should be concerned about TB before anything else. A "normal" chest xray does not mean you are clear. Left chest pain could be caused by pleural lung disease. It CAN indicate heart problems, but not common for 18 year old. Did you have an EKG? Additional evaluation is needed for your symptoms.
