I'm having right side abdominal cramping that is very unusual and non menstrual. it's been a week and continual. i'm worried about what it is?

Pain: If you have nausea or vomitting with it, it could be your appendix and if so don't delay seeing your physician. Gas pain, ovarian cyst pain, fallopian tube cyst pain, muscle and abdominal wall nerve pain all are possible. Need more info.
