ER: If her stools were black or tarry, has a fever, rapid pulse, weak, lightheaded, or if there was a large volume of blood -- she should head to the ER right away as this (the former) can be a sign of an (among other things) acute GI bleed/melana. If not, best to see her doctor tomorrow to be evaluated just to be sure - always better safe than sorry. Hope that helps!
