Low thyroid: If you indeed have a low thyroid you must be on thyroid replacement. If you are already taking it you should have your thyroid laps re-measured. Your dose may need to be changed.

Yes: Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain, cold intolerance, and a generalized lack of energy. I would not hesitate to be seen if you think you are having problems with your thyroid.
