Which medicine is better for normal sleep? clonazepam or diazepam. i sometime can't sleep at night so take clonazepam 0.5 which of these should i take

Neither of these is: a sleep medication. These are for anxiety. There are many good sleep medications, but only someone who knows your medical status can make a recommendation.
