Scant info, but: I'd recommend you see your doctor for an exam. I don't know your age or history or sexual activity level or use of birth control, so - I'm really in the dark. But - 6 weeks is getting on to a time that you need to begin planning about pregnancy if that's it. If not, you'd like to know what's going on. Have a good exam! Best wishes!

Amenorrhea: it will be very helpful to mention your age and if any unprotected intercourse. Otherwise it is difficult to pin point your diagnosis.
