its been two months since i have had my period, i did 4 hpt and one blood test and all came back negative. can anybody tell me what's wrong with me?

Need for evaluation: A woman may miss one or more periods without there being anything wrong with her. There are many causes of irregular menstrual periods and it would require taking history, physical examination and likely lab tests to make a diagnosis. U need a workup: Can be stress vs many other causes , you need hormone blood work, and exam and an ultrasound, if everything is ok your gyn can induce a period for u.
