Cultures/Meds: If you have confirmed pulmonary TB with these findings on imaging. You should be on a TB regimen of multiple anti TB drugs. The course usually consists of more intensive therapy during the first two months with close follow up by your physician. It is important to have a culture to describe any resistance of the TB to drugs used to treat TB. With close follow up you should do well.
