Possibly: I would always advise using protection (condoms) when engaging in sexual intercourse. It sounds like you did not. If you bled inside of her then yes there can be a chance of catching a sexually transmitted disease both for yourself and her. I would advise that both of you go to your physician and be tested for STDs. Unprotected sex can be very dangerous, please use protection in the future.
