I'm addicted to heroin, i'm using 2-3 grams a day snorting. i went to a detox but there more drugs in there. i really just want to give up i need help?

Addictions driven by pain/issues we avoid/deny because seem impossible to find acceptable solutions & people stand as harsh judge&jury on themselves. Not surprised more "drugs"; goal is making progressive transitions from bad to not as bad; eventually
