No: i don't believe so, sounds like your child had a vasovagal reaction from seeing his brother get his lead test. This is very common in stressful situations such as getting shots or donating blood. Only a problem if it's recurrent. When it happens, have the person lie down w their legs raised at the first sign of an episode.
