Elevated cholesterol: LDL is known as the "bad" cholesterol. Normal for most people is <130. Elevated levels are associated with heart disease but giving you your young age you can probably start with lifestyle changes. You should discuss it further with your doctor.

LDL too high.: As an isolated measure, than LDL is too high. You should try to lower it to less than 100 with proper eating and regular exercise.
