No easy answer: If you are not ovulating on your own, Clomid (clomiphene) is probably the best answer. If you did not ovulate on Clomid (clomiphene) the first month, your period may be delayed. There is some evidence that the supplements pregnitude or chiral balance (myo-inositol or d-chiro-inositol) may improve ovulation in some women, and should be safe to try. Suggestion: save your money, and try Clomid (clomiphene) again when you can.
