VPCs: VPCs can be benign and commonly are so. They can also be pathologic when the heart is structurally or functionally abnormal. With what you've provided, it is not possible to predict which is true in your mother.

Safe to fly: There is no contraindication to flying. She would not require any treatment for isolated ventricular ectopic beats.
