Miscarriage: Studies show that the miscarriage rate is between 15 -50%. A missed miscarriage is a pregnancy failure in which the fetus is not expelled after 8 weeks. The frequency of this type of pregnancy failure has been shown to be about 60% of all pregnancy failures. So it is fairly common.

Very common: Many women have miscarriages without even being aware that they are/were pregnant. Often they might experience a heavier than normal period, or their period might be delayed by a few days or 1-2 weeks. Please remember to use barrier protection to prevent unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.
