A few ideas: Most common reason for miscarriage is chromosomal abnormalities. Could be due to mother's egg, or father's sperm, or the combination of the two. Other reasons can include clotting disorders. If a woman has recurrent miscarriages, typically more than 3, she should see an ob/gyn or an infertility specialist to determine if there is an underlying cause that can be treated. Best of luck, .
