Tyramine containing: The tyramine is a substance found naturally in some foods and can trigger primary headaches (migraine, TTH, etc.). If you already have one, the lamb may worsen the intensity, frequency or endurance of your symptoms. Fresh fish, poultry and eggs are low in tyramine. Take care.
