I've tried lots of diff treatments but they don't work ie ivig, methetrexate, aziapram, im on 25mg of prednisolone for polymiositis & myasthnis gratis any ?

Trouble: These are very difficult treatments to diagnose and even harder to treat. Every patient is different, so they all require different treatments to find which works best. A baseball player does not hit a homerun every time he steps up to the plate. Keep trying to find the best meds that work. Sometimes seeing a 2nd specialist can help to give more thought to your illnesses.
