Little problems....: I routinely use the equivalent of 1200mg in one dose for sle flares and/or vasculitis, when I use 200mg of IV Dexamethasone given 3x per week. This would (one dose) be the equivalent of 120 10mg tablets for one bolus. Certainly fluid retention could be bad if you have blood pressure issues or heart failure. Stomach upset can occur.You probably would feel anxious and sleep very poorly a few days!
