Breast pain: The cause of breast pain is poorly understood and difficult to treat. There can be pain within the chest wall due to costochondritis which appears to be within the breast. See your doctor. I once heard of patient with horrible breast pain that was finally associated with her sleeping position which caused intermittent decreased blood flow to that breast. Best of luck, see a breast specialist.
