What to do if i had a mammogram last year and it showed a spot in my left breast since then my breast is saggy why?

Mammogram: What was done with the "spot"? Was it biopsied or followed up in any way? If not, please return to your doctor and get this evaluated, especially if you have an unexplained physical change in your breast.
