Still may be STI: It sounds like you've been evaluated extensively, but your discharge may still be an STI or organism not killed by the chosen antibiotic. Resistant strains of gonorrhea and chlamydia are prevalent, or a less common organism like trichamonas (usually symptomatic in women). If sexually active, was your partner treated?
