Do not ignore pain with urination: Symptoms you're describing may be related to infection or anatomical problem. Definitely have an evaluation with the urologist.

Possibilities:-: Could be a "lacuna magna" (a small urethral diverticulum within the glanular urethra, rethral stricture, u rethral polyp or wart. Consider seeing a urologist for acystoscopic/urethroscopic examination.).
