No: Xanax (alprazolam) will not affect the results of your vitamin d level.

Won't affect but...: Xanax (alprazolam) will not affect the test results. However, i strongly advise you stop the vit d2 you are taking (the 50, 000 iu is a prescription form of vit d2) and switch to vit d3, 5000 iu/day, widely available at health food stores. This is a far superior form of vit d; in fact d2 may be dangerous! see http://articles.Mercola.Com/sites/articles/archive/2011/11/30/taking-the-right-type-of-vitamin-d.Aspx.

CBT: Seek a cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in phobias. One method they use is systematic desensitization which slowly and incrementally brings the person closer and closer to the thing they are afraid of in slow, graduated steps that help make the anxiety more tolerable.
