Which medication?: If it is Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen you do not need to take her to the ER. If it is an antibiotic like amoxicillin you are also safe. Other medications may be dangerous at a tripling of the usual dosage. Please let us know what medication you are referring to.
