Anything: discomfort with coughing and sneezing indicate more of a hernia or similar abdominal wall weaknesses than a bladder problem unless you are already havind problem with bladder emtying and the coughing and the sneezing could be a factor in the discomfort so my advice see a doctor and get examined so you can get assured or treated
