You may have: strained abdominal musculature. Can try NSAID or tylenol (acetaminophen) as well as heat.

Abdominal pain: Get an evaluation. It is not clear the cause, may be due to diverticulitis, an inflammation of outpouchings in the intestine. Could be a bowel obstruction or a hernia.
